Is there a free trial available?
The Heystack One is available for purchase. There is no device trial. For the Heystack AI software, all new customers receive a free tier of 50 monthly uploads into our cropping, rotation, identification, and listing system. Claim your free uploads every 30 days in your account.
Can the Heystack One image cards that are slabbed or in top loaders?
Yes, the Heystack One works with raw, top-loaded, and slabbed cards, and you don't need to make any adjustments when switching between them.
For the clearest images, we recommend imaging cards raw since the camera can pick up scratches on top loaders or slabs. The Safe Touch Pedestal is designed to safely hold your raw cards without damaging them.
How do I purchase the Heystack One?
